Income inequality is the greatest it's been since the gilded age. The real problem lies in the fact 90% of Americans are restricted from freely investing in the most lucrative startup opportunities. Over 9 million jobs and $300 billion in collective national income is lost due to discriminatory finance practices.

How can we stop discriminatory regulations and empower founders and funders - especially those from under-represented, socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds - to gain equitable opportunities within the tech startup ecosystem?
